As a coach, I am client-focused and dedicated, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and helping my clients achieve their goals. My leadership coaching background includes certifications from the International Coaching Federation and the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University.
My consulting work is built on a career spanning over 25 years, during which I have led strategic communication and public leadership relations across the private and public sectors. The Public Relations Society of America accredited me as an advanced PR practitioner. I hold a master's degree in Communication Management from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
In addition to my coaching and consulting services, I am a licensed Massage Therapist with a background in wellness and healing.
